Thank you for shopping with MadMoose. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Made to Order
Every MadMoose product is printed and prepared after you order, so it isn’t shipped from ready stock.

Where We Ship
We currently ship across India only.

Processing and Delivery Time
Printing and packing takes 2-3 business days. Delivery then takes about 3-5 business days depending on your location, so most orders arrive within [5-8] business days of being placed. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or events outside our control.

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order across India.

Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation by email with a tracking link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders [at no extra charge]. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. We may call or message you to confirm a COD order before we make it. Because every item is made to order, orders that are refused or not accepted on delivery cost us the full printing and shipping amount, so we may disable COD for that phone number or address in future.

Address Accuracy
Please check your address, pincode and phone number at checkout. Contact us immediately if you need to correct them. We can only change them before your order goes into production. If a parcel is undelivered because of a wrong address or because nobody was available, it may be returned to us, and re-shipping may need an extra shipping fee.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn’t moved for several days, email us at madmoosein@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll follow up with the courier.
